Tour costs are dependent on numbers participating.  The cost will include the guide, coach, and entrance fee to attractions (if any).  It may, if required, include morning / afternoon tea or coffee and lunch.  All costs will be clearly communicated by email in advance; and can be paid by PayPal or BACS transfer.

I am a Blue Badge Tourist Guide.  Blue Badge Tourist Guides are the official, professional tourist guides of the United Kingdom - the qualification was initiated in 1950.  We wear a Blue Badge to indicate our professionalism and we are recognised by local tourist bodies throughout the UK, and by Visit Britain as Britain’s official tourist guides.

I am also a member of the Northern Ireland Tourist Guide Association which was formed in 1992 and is the membership body for guides approved by the Institute of Tourist Guiding. 

Tours will depart from Belfast and may, on occasion, ‘pick up’ at different points en route to our destination - this can be arranged in advance.  The meeting point in Belfast will also be determined to suit the tourists and their needs - but will often be Belfast City Hall (Donegall Square West).

This will depend on the tour.  If it is a bespoke tour, created specifically for you, there will be a non-refundable ‘arrangement fee’; but the costs of the actual day will be fully refunded.

Parties of various sizes can be accommodated.  Tours are available for individuals, couples and small parties of up to 6 in private taxis, limousines or  ‘people carriers’.  For parties of more than 6, mini-buses and coaches of different sizes can be sourced.  All coaches will be of good quality with working microphones.  Some large coaches (for groups of up to 50) will have air conditioning and on-board toilet facilities.

Yes - depending on your own interests, bespoke tours can be created to take in the sights and places of particular interest to you.  This is often of interest to genealogists who wish to visit family townlands, graves, churches and personal locations.  There will be a separate charge for pre-visit research and planning - this will all be discussed by email in advance and will be dependent on the amount of work required.

Tips are discretionary - and separate tips should be given, if appropriate, to the guide and the driver.
